Ingredients
- 1 - whole chicken
- 1 - bunch of broccoli
- 1 - bell pepper
- 5 - large carrots
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 - head of cabbage
- 1/4 cup red curry paste
- 1/4 cup curry powder preferrably island curry
- 2 tablespoons garan marsala
- 6 cloves fresh garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 dashes worshershire sauce
- 4 cups white rice/ preferred basmatti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make johnny's curried chicken

Step 1Debone and cut chicken into small pieces. Chop bell pepper, carrots, and scallions. Add to chicken, mix in 1/2 of the curry powder, curry paste,ketchup, worchershire sauce, garlic. Mix ingredients and marinate overnight. Put chicken mixture into heavy pot with olive oil cook until chicken is almost done. Add garam marsala, rest of curry powder, brocolli,cabbage. Cook stirring constantly until chicken, vegtables are done. Cook rice. Serve chicken mixture over rice.
