Jammin' Chicken Panini
I have been trying to create some new grilled sammies and this is one of them.
4 - 6 ozrotisserie chicken, deboned
1 1/2 Tbspdijon mustard
1 - 2 Tbspapricot jam or marmalade
2 sliceitalian bread
1 - 2 Tbspcranberries, dried
1 - 2 ozdofino smoked gouda cheese
How to Make Jammin' Chicken Panini
- Butter your bread on outside for grilling. On the other side of 1 slice spread the dijon. Add your chicken, sprinkle the cranberries on top of chicken. Then I drop the apricot jam down inside the pieces of chicken just a little here and there. Add your slices of gouda and the other slice of bread and your ready to grill.
