1 pkg
mushrooms, your chioce.
1 whole
chicken,cut up,skin removed.
3 Tbsp
flour, seasoned
1 tsp
each,garlick salt,oregano,basl,tyme,and parsley.
1/2 c
chopped onion.
2 c
tomatoe juice
3 Tbsp
romano cheese, grated
1 tsp
1 tsp
apple citer vinegar
1 c
mozzarella cheese,shredded

How to Make Itallano Chicken


  • 1In a large plastic bag Place skinless chicken, flour,garlic salt and pepper. Shake to coat well. In a large dutch oven over med-high heat,cook bacon until nearly crisp. Remove and set on paper towl to drain.
    In bacon drippings brown chicken. add muhsrooms,and onions brown lightly.Drain off excess drippings.
  • 2Now add tomato juice,tomato vinegar,romano cheese,suger and dry herbs.Cover and simmer for 45-60 min,or untel sauce is thickened.
    Cut up bacon,uncover dutch oven and top with bacon and cheese befor serving
