- 1 package mushrooms, your chioce.
- 1 whole - chicken,cut up,skin removed.
- 3 tablespoons flour, seasoned
- 1 teaspoon each,garlick salt,oregano,basl,tyme,and parsley.
- 1 - tomato,chopped.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion.
- 2 cups tomatoe juice
- 3 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon suger
- 1 teaspoon apple citer vinegar
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese,shredded

Step 1In a large plastic bag Place skinless chicken, flour,garlic salt and pepper. Shake to coat well. In a large dutch oven over med-high heat,cook bacon until nearly crisp. Remove and set on paper towl to drain. In bacon drippings brown chicken. add muhsrooms,and onions brown lightly.Drain off excess drippings.

Step 2Now add tomato juice,tomato vinegar,romano cheese,suger and dry herbs.Cover and simmer for 45-60 min,or untel sauce is thickened. Cut up bacon,uncover dutch oven and top with bacon and cheese befor serving
