How to Make Italian Noodle Medley
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook noodle according to package directions 4 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, in med saucepan, heat sauce and chicken until warm.
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, spoon enough sauce to cover the bottom. Layer with one-half of noodles, 1 1/2 cups of sauce and ricotta plus 1 tablespoon of noodle water to thin out ricotta to smooth better and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese; repeat with remaining noodles sauce and cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake, uncovered for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
