My sister loves this recipe, she will always call me up and ask me to bring it if we are having a family get together and then do the happy dance when she sees it..

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 c
    chicken
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, fresh
  • 4 Tbsp
    garlic minced
  • 1 small
    sweet onion
  • 1 can(s)
    black olives
  • 1 large
    tomato
  • 1 medium
    green pepper
  • 1 medium
    red pepper
  • 4 sprig(s)
    green onions
  • 1 medium
    avocado
  • 1 can(s)
    artichoke hearts
  • 1 can(s)
    baby corn spears
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 c
    pasta, bow-tie or ribbed
  • 1/2 bottle
    italian dressing

How to Make Italian Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. heat frying pan med heat, add olive oil, cook chicken, mushrooms, sweet onion and minced garlic until done set aside.
  2. in a BIG bowl add Olives whole,chopped tomato,chopped green and red pepper,chopped green onions,avocado chunked,slice artichoke hearts in halfs,chop baby corn in smaller pieces and chop sliced water chestnuts.
  3. then add cooked noodles and chicken mixture to BIG bowl of vegetables.
    then add half a bottle of italian dressing to bowl or to your taste and enjoy.
    P.S. i love to eat it warm, yum!!
