Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless/skinless
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons ground coriander
- 3 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 teaspoons garam masala
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make indian chicken tikka skewers

Step 1Cut chicken into 1 1/4 inch cubes. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water.

Step 2In a food processor, add onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and spices until finely mixed. Add yogurt and salt and just combine.

Step 3In a plastic bag, coat chicken thoroughly with marinade and allow to marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Step 4Remove chicken from marinade and place on skewers. Grill chicken turning once until chicken is cooked through.
