- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 pinch ginger
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step 1Combine all ingredients ( except chicken)

Step 2Reserve a 1/4 cup for glazing on grill.

Step 3In a plastic bag, place chicken and marinade at least a few hours.
