An easy kebab recipe. My daughter loves that they are sticky sweet! I serve these w/ rice pilaf.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
- 1 - yellow bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 16 chunks
- 4 large mushroom, cut in 1/2.
- - wooden or metal skewers
How To Make honeyed chicken kebabs

Step 1If using wood skewers, soak in water for 15 mins. Spray grill grates w/ cooking spray or oil grates w/ canola oil. Heat grill to medium.

Step 2In bowl, combine hoisin sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Whisk well. Alternately place red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chicken and mushrooms on skewers. Brush w/ 1/2 of the sauce.

Step 3Place kebabs on grill. Grill about 10 min, turning occasioally, and basting w/ remaining sauce.
