An easy kebab recipe. My daughter loves that they are sticky sweet!
I serve these w/ rice pilaf.

1/3 c
hoisin sauce
1/3 c
1/8 tsp
ground ginger
1 tsp
minced garlic
red bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
yellow bell pepper, cut into 12 chunks
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 16 chunks
4 large
mushroom, cut in 1/2.
wooden or metal skewers

How to Make Honeyed chicken kebabs


  • 1If using wood skewers, soak in water for 15 mins. Spray grill grates w/ cooking spray or oil grates w/ canola oil. Heat grill to medium.
  • 2In bowl, combine hoisin sauce, honey, ginger and garlic. Whisk well. Alternately place red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, chicken and mushrooms on skewers. Brush w/ 1/2 of the sauce.
  • 3Place kebabs on grill. Grill about 10 min, turning occasioally, and basting w/ remaining sauce.
