4 lbchicken wing sections (frozen is ok) discard wing tips
-
1/2 cspicy brown mustard
-
1/2 choney
-
1/4 cbutter, cubed
-
2 Tbsplemon juice, fresh

1/4 tspturmeric, ground
How to Make Honey Mustard Wings
- Line 2 15"x10'x1" baking pans with foil. Grease or spray the foil, place the wings into prepared pans.
- In a small saucepan, combine mustard, honey, butter, lemon juice and turmeric. Bring this to a boil. Pour over chicken wings, turn until all are coated.
- Bake @ 400 degrees for 1 hour 15 mins. until chicken juices run clear and glaze is set, only turn once.
