- 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breasts (buy organic or natural)
- 1/4 cup raw honey (best from your local farmer's market)
- 2-3 tablespoons dijon mustard (use 2 to 3 tablespoons to taste)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken breasts and place in glass baking dish.

Step 2In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to make a thin sauce. Spoon the mixture completely over the chicken breasts.

Step 3Bake chicken at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
