skinless, boneless chicken breasts (buy organic or natural)
  • 1/4 c
raw honey (best from your local farmer's market)
  • 2-3 Tbsp
dijon mustard (use 2 to 3 tablespoons to taste)

How to Make Honey Dijon Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken breasts and place in glass baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to make a thin sauce. Spoon the mixture completely over the chicken breasts.
  3. Bake chicken at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
