skinless, boneless chicken breasts (buy organic or natural)
1/4 c
raw honey (best from your local farmer's market)
2-3 Tbsp
dijon mustard (use 2 to 3 tablespoons to taste)

How to Make Honey Dijon Chicken


  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken breasts and place in glass baking dish.
  • 2In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to make a thin sauce. Spoon the mixture completely over the chicken breasts.
  • 3Bake chicken at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
  • 4Place each chicken breast on a plate, and spoon the sauce drippings in the baking dish over each serving.
