Ingredients

  • 4 - skinless, boneless chicken breasts (buy organic or natural)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey (best from your local farmer's market)
  • 2-3 tablespoons dijon mustard (use 2 to 3 tablespoons to taste)

How To Make honey dijon chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken breasts and place in glass baking dish.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to make a thin sauce. Spoon the mixture completely over the chicken breasts.
  • Step 3
    Bake chicken at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
  • Step 4
    Place each chicken breast on a plate, and spoon the sauce drippings in the baking dish over each serving.
