Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken, chopped cooked
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 9 - chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 - bay leaf
- 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 12 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
How To Make homemade chicken noodle soup

Step 1In a large pot, saute celery and onion in butter or margarine.

Step 2Add chicken, carrots, water, bouillon cubes, marjoram, black pepper, bay leaf, and parsley. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 3Add noodles, simmer for 10 more minutes.
