Ingredients

  • 1 - b-b-q chicken(deboned)
  • - small meat grinder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt & pepper
  • 1/2 - green peppers cut in small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder,cumin,parley,chives,cayenne powder
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (regular)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • - bowl,mixingspoon,
  • 1/4 cup milk

How To Make homemade chicken burgers

  • Step 1
    Put pieces of chicken in the meat grinder until you have use all the chicken ,it will come out in crumbling pieces.
  • Step 2
    put in bowl,add all the dry ingredients and green peppers and mix together.
  • Step 3
    add 2 egg mix, slowly add milk ,mix until consistency is right and you can shape into patties .You can make 4 large patties.
  • Step 4
    heat frying pan on medium heat , add 1/2 cup of olive oil put patties in frying pan and fry 3 -4 mins on each side until brown. Serve with rice, or potatoes and vegetables
  • Step 5
    You may substitute herbs for whatever you like and use also yellow or red peppers . Enjoy chicken burgers without preservatives and freshly made.
