Ingredients
- 1 - b-b-q chicken(deboned)
- - small meat grinder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt & pepper
- 1/2 - green peppers cut in small pieces
- 1 teaspoon each of garlic powder,cumin,parley,chives,cayenne powder
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (regular)
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- - bowl,mixingspoon,
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make homemade chicken burgers

Step 1Put pieces of chicken in the meat grinder until you have use all the chicken ,it will come out in crumbling pieces.

Step 2put in bowl,add all the dry ingredients and green peppers and mix together.

Step 3add 2 egg mix, slowly add milk ,mix until consistency is right and you can shape into patties .You can make 4 large patties.

Step 4heat frying pan on medium heat , add 1/2 cup of olive oil put patties in frying pan and fry 3 -4 mins on each side until brown. Serve with rice, or potatoes and vegetables

Step 5You may substitute herbs for whatever you like and use also yellow or red peppers . Enjoy chicken burgers without preservatives and freshly made.
