Ingredients

b-b-q chicken(deboned)
small meat grinder
1 tsp
sea salt & pepper
1/2
green peppers cut in small pieces
1 tsp
each of garlic powder,cumin,parley,chives,cayenne powder
2
eggs
1/2 c
bread crumbs (regular)
1/2 c
olive oil, extra virgin
bowl,mixingspoon,
1/4 c
milk

How to Make homemade chicken burgers

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put pieces of chicken in the meat grinder until you have use all the chicken ,it will come out in crumbling pieces.
  • 2put in bowl,add all the dry ingredients and green peppers and mix together.
  • 3add 2 egg mix, slowly add milk ,mix until consistency is right and you can shape into patties .You can make 4 large patties.
  • 4heat frying pan on medium heat , add 1/2 cup of olive oil put patties in frying pan and fry 3 -4 mins on each side until brown.
    Serve with rice, or potatoes and vegetables
  • 5You may substitute herbs for whatever you like and use also yellow or red peppers . Enjoy chicken burgers without preservatives and freshly made.
