1 bottleworcestershire sauce

1 bottlesoy sauce

1 jar(s)plum jelly

1 can(s)water chestnuts

1 pkgstir fry vegetables frozen

1 can(s)pineapple, chunks

1 Tbspcorn starch

1 boxrice, instant

RESERVE THE PINEAPPLE JUICE FOR THE STIR FRY SAUCE
How to Make Homeade chicken Stir Fry
- cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook until tender and well done.
- In a bowl mix pineapple juice,worcestershire,soy sauce and plum jelly until you get the sweetness desired for sauce.
- Heat a large skillet and add chicken,frozen vegetables and water chestnuts.
- pour some liquid over the mixture and simmer until the vegetables are hot.
- Then pour the rest of the liquid and add the cornstarch, turn the heat up on high so that the cornstarch will slightly thicken the sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice.
