1 pkg
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bottle
worcestershire sauce
1 bottle
soy sauce
1 jar(s)
plum jelly
1 can(s)
water chestnuts
1 pkg
stir fry vegetables frozen
1 can(s)
pineapple, chunks
1 Tbsp
corn starch
1 box
rice, instant

RESERVE THE PINEAPPLE JUICE FOR THE STIR FRY SAUCE

How to Make Homeade chicken Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1cut chicken into bite size pieces and cook until tender and well done.
  • 2In a bowl mix pineapple juice,worcestershire,soy sauce and plum jelly until you get the sweetness desired for sauce.
  • 3Heat a large skillet and add chicken,frozen vegetables and water chestnuts.
  • 4pour some liquid over the mixture and simmer until the vegetables are hot.
  • 5Then pour the rest of the liquid and add the cornstarch, turn the heat up on high so that the cornstarch will slightly thicken the sauce.
  • 6Serve over cooked rice.
