1loaf bread, dryed
1/2 lbraw ground round
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
·onion, salt and pepper
·turkey gizzard and heart
How to Make Holiday Bread Stuffing
- Cook turkey parts with salt, pepper and butter. Then cut it up and grind it.
- Put bread in large bowl to dry out if it needs to dry. Flip it to dry on both sides.
Cube dried bread into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces.
- Add ground round (pull apart). Add salt and pepper to taste, cream of mushroom soup, onion and ground turkey meat.
- Add chicken broth to moisten. Can use water if needed.
Stuff into turkey or put in greased casserole and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
If stuffing turkey follow cooking directions for stuffed turkey.
