herb de provence chicken

The lavender in the Herb de Provence is what I think makes this dish. I did not have the wine herb marinade that I like so I decided to create my own using this wonderful ingredient.

Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons herb de provence
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder with parsley
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make herb de provence chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix the olive oil, water, herb de provence, garlic powder w/ parsley, pepper and salt in a large zip lock bag. Add chicken, seal bag and shake to coat. Let marinade for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink. Also great on the grill!
