Blue Ribbon Recipe

A healthy way to make chicken strips. Using Fiber One cereal as the coating gives the chicken a nice crunch as is a lot healthier than other coatings. You taste the simple seasonings, but nothing is too overpowering. If you like salt, you may want to add a touch extra. Once baked, the outside is crisp but the chicken is tender and juicy inside. We served ours with salad and sugar-free honey mustard for a delicious dinner. If you're feeding a crowd, the recipe can easily be multiplied.
