My moms recipe, which originally called for crushed cornflakes. I substituted the healthier Total flakes. Either way, it's yummy!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 6 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How To Make healthy, crunchy baked chicken

Step 1Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.

Step 2In a shallow dish, mix 2 tbsp butter, milk, chives, salt and garlic powder. In another shallow dish mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika.

Step 3Dip each chicken breast into milk mix, then coat evenly w/ cereal mix. Place chicken in pan. Drizzle w/ remaining butter. Bake, uncovered for about 20 min, or until no longer pink inside.
