How to Make Healthy, crunchy baked chicken
- Heat oven to 425. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish, mix 2 tbsp butter, milk, chives, salt and garlic powder. In another shallow dish mix crushed cereal, parsley and paprika.
- Dip each chicken breast into milk mix, then coat evenly w/ cereal mix. Place chicken in pan. Drizzle w/ remaining butter. Bake, uncovered for about 20 min, or until no longer pink inside.
