Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 large carrot, peeled, diced
- 1 - celery stalk, diced
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- 1 - 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pound ronzoni healthy harvest bow-tie pasta
How To Make healthy chicken bolognese

Step 1In lg pot, over med-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and brown for about 5 mins. Add carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.

Step 2Cook 5 mins, stirring occasioanlly. Add remaining ingredients, except pasta. Reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 mins, stirring occasionally.

Step 3While sauce simmers, cook pasta as directed, drain. Serve sauce ladled over pasta.
