3/4 c
uncooked long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp
onion powder
2 c
fresh or frozen vegetables
skinless,boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c
reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make healthy cheesy chicken & rice bake


  • 1stir soup,water,rice,onion powder and vegetables in a 12x8 inch shallow baking dish.
  • 2Top with chicken.Season chicken as desired.Cover.
  • 3Bake at 375 F.for 45 minutes or until done.Top with cheese and serve.
