Ingredients

  • 1 can 10 3/4 oz.campbell's healthy request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
  • 4 - skinless,boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make healthy cheesy chicken & rice bake

  • Step 1
    stir soup,water,rice,onion powder and vegetables in a 12x8 inch shallow baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Top with chicken.Season chicken as desired.Cover.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 375 F.for 45 minutes or until done.Top with cheese and serve.
