Ingredients For healthy burbon chicken

1 1/2 lbboneless chicken breasts , cut into bite-size pieces

1-2 Tbspolive oil (i used one tbsp.)

1 clovegarlic, crushed

1 tspginger
-
3/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
1/4 cunsweetened apple sauce
-
1/3 clight brown sugar (i used plain splenda)

2 Tbspketchup
-
1 Tbspcider vinegar
-
1/2 cwater
-
1/3 csoy sauce
-
1 smred bell pepper, diced
-
1 smonion, diced
How To Make healthy burbon chicken

1Heat oil in a large skillet.

2Add chicken pieces w/ pepper & onion and cook until lightly browned. Remove chicken.

3Add remaining ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved. Add chicken and bring to a hard boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
