Ingredients

  • 1 package morningstar farms chicken patties
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded american cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup crushed baked potato chips
  • 1-1/2 cup light mayonnaise

How To Make healthy baked chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken patties, celery, peas, green bell pepper and onion in lg bowl. In another bowl,combine 1/2 the cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise mix to chicken mix, toss to coat.
  • Step 2
    Place mix in casserole dish. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle w/ crushed chips and remaining cheese. Bake 10 min, or until cheese is melted.
