  • 1 pkg
    morningstar farms chicken patties
  • 2 c
    diced celery
  • 1 c
    frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/4 c
    diced green bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 1 c
    shredded american cheese
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    crushed baked potato chips
  • 1-1/2 c
    light mayonnaise

How to Make Healthy baked chicken salad


  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken patties, celery, peas, green bell pepper and onion in lg bowl. In another bowl,combine 1/2 the cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise mix to chicken mix, toss to coat.
  2. Place mix in casserole dish. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle w/ crushed chips and remaining cheese. Bake 10 min, or until cheese is melted.
