diced celery

frozen peas, thawed
1/4 c
diced green bell pepper
2 Tbsp
diced onion
1 c
shredded american cheese
1/4 tsp
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 c
crushed baked potato chips
1-1/2 c
light mayonnaise

How to Make Healthy baked chicken salad


  • 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart casserole dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken patties, celery, peas, green bell pepper and onion in lg bowl. In another bowl,combine 1/2 the cheese, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice. Add mayonnaise mix to chicken mix, toss to coat.
  • 2Place mix in casserole dish. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle w/ crushed chips and remaining cheese. Bake 10 min, or until cheese is melted.
