1weigh the chicken raw to ensure it is 3.5 - 4 oz. Squeeze the juice from half of an orange over chicken (in a container/bowl) and add salt,pepper, and garlic. It is best to let the chicken marinate for about 15 mins in the orange juice mixture before cooking (helps keep chicken juicy).
Medium-high heat, add all contents into pan, and cover. cook 10-15 mins or until juices run clear. It is best to flip the chicken halfway thro cooking.
Cook ontop of foil, or in a foil packet, in order to save some of the juices, medium flame. cook about 15 mins, flipping halfway thro.
4serve w/ one cup of lettuce, however you like it chopped.
