  • 1/2 tsp
    minced garlic (optional)

How to Make Hcg orange chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. weigh the chicken raw to ensure it is 3.5 - 4 oz. Squeeze the juice from half of an orange over chicken (in a container/bowl) and add salt, pepper, and garlic. It is best to let the chicken marinate for about 15 mins in the orange juice mixture before cooking (helps keep chicken juicy).
  2. Stovetop:
Medium-high heat, add all contents into pan, and cover. cook 10-15 mins or until juices run clear. It is best to flip the chicken halfway thro cooking.
  3. Grill:
Cook ontop of foil, or in a foil packet, in order to save some of the juices, medium flame. cook about 15 mins, flipping halfway thro.
  4. serve w/ one cup of lettuce, however you like it chopped.
