found this on a website. don't have link but it is the "Eastside Primary Care"'s guide to recipes. if u like it or are interested in other hcg recipes, feel free to contact me!! i have tons up my sleeve! managing the 1-2 lb(s) loss per day! ask me about breaded, baked chicken!!

1 c
shredded cabbage
2 c
chicken broth (homemade is best due to sodium control)
3 1/2 oz
chicken breast (frozen chicken tenders r perfect for this!)
1 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 tsp
black pepper (or to taste)
1 Tbsp
chili powder
1 Tbsp
1-2 pinch
scallions (green onions- to liking)


1cook chicken and cut into small chunks, set aside
2in a medium saucepanadd 2 cups chicken broth and add spices (original recipe did not specify heat, i usually do between medium to medium-high... depending on how hungry i am)
3add cabbage
4add precooked chicken and stir constantly
5let simmer for about 10 mins or until cabbage is to your liking. ( less if u want crisp cabbage, if that is the case, add last and reduce simmer time)
