Ingredients For hcg chicken chili

11 serving.

1 cshredded cabbage
-
2 cchicken broth (homemade is best due to sodium control)

3 1/2 ozchicken breast (frozen chicken tenders r perfect for this!)

1 tspcayenne pepper

1 tspblack pepper (or to taste)

1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 Tbspcumin
-
1-2 pinchscallions (green onions- to liking)
How To Make hcg chicken chili

1cook chicken and cut into small chunks, set aside

2in a medium saucepanadd 2 cups chicken broth and add spices (original recipe did not specify heat, i usually do between medium to medium-high... depending on how hungry i am)

3add cabbage

4add precooked chicken and stir constantly

5let simmer for about 10 mins or until cabbage is to your liking. ( less if u want crisp cabbage, if that is the case, add last and reduce simmer time)
