hcg chicken chili

found this on a website. don't have link but it is the "Eastside Primary Care"'s guide to recipes. if u like it or are interested in other hcg recipes, feel free to contact me!! i have tons up my sleeve! managing the 1-2 lb(s) loss per day! ask me about breaded, baked chicken!!

yield 1 serving, 1 protein, 1 vegetable, roughly 175 cals

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 serving.
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 cups chicken broth (homemade is best due to sodium control)
  • 3 1/2 ounces chicken breast (frozen chicken tenders r perfect for this!)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1-2 pinch scallions (green onions- to liking)

How To Make hcg chicken chili

  • Step 1
    cook chicken and cut into small chunks, set aside
  • Step 2
    in a medium saucepanadd 2 cups chicken broth and add spices (original recipe did not specify heat, i usually do between medium to medium-high... depending on how hungry i am)
  • Step 3
    add cabbage
  • Step 4
    add precooked chicken and stir constantly
  • Step 5
    let simmer for about 10 mins or until cabbage is to your liking. ( less if u want crisp cabbage, if that is the case, add last and reduce simmer time)
