Ingredients
- 1 - 1 serving.
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cups chicken broth (homemade is best due to sodium control)
- 3 1/2 ounces chicken breast (frozen chicken tenders r perfect for this!)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1-2 pinch scallions (green onions- to liking)
How To Make hcg chicken chili

Step 1cook chicken and cut into small chunks, set aside

Step 2in a medium saucepanadd 2 cups chicken broth and add spices (original recipe did not specify heat, i usually do between medium to medium-high... depending on how hungry i am)

Step 3add cabbage

Step 4add precooked chicken and stir constantly

Step 5let simmer for about 10 mins or until cabbage is to your liking. ( less if u want crisp cabbage, if that is the case, add last and reduce simmer time)
