- 2 cups diced chicken breast, boneless beef or pork
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds mixed vegetables of your choice, frozen
How To Make hawaiian stir fry

Step 1Brown in a large skillet: 1 pound of fresh beef, pork or chicken chunks

Step 2Add: 1 can pineapple chucks with juice 2 Tablespoons soy sauce Simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add: 2 bags of Normandy vegetable mix (Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini) or you favorite stir fry vegetable mixture. Put a lid on the pan and turn down to low and steam for 5 minutes.
