For an easier dinner, use diced cooked chicken breast, or diced leftover beef of pork roast.

You can serve this over brown rice, Chinese noodles, or by itself.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    diced chicken breast, boneless beef or pork
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 lb
    mixed vegetables of your choice, frozen

How to Make Hawaiian Stir Fry

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown in a large skillet:
    1 pound of fresh beef, pork or chicken chunks
  2. Add:
    1 can pineapple chucks with juice
    2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add:
    2 bags of Normandy vegetable mix (Cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, zucchini) or you favorite stir fry vegetable mixture.
    Put a lid on the pan and turn down to low and steam for 5 minutes.
