This marinade is probably my favorite of any of the Asian sauces my husband invented. Just so delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons pineapple juice
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into 2" chunks
- 1 - 20 ounces can pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 3 tbsp for marinade
- 1 - pepper, green or red cut into 2" chunks

Step 1In a ziplock, mix the first 9 ingredients.

Step 2Add the chicken & pineapple into the marinade. Mix until well coated. Let marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours.

Step 3Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 4Lightly oil the grill grate. Thread chicken, pineapple & peppers alternately onto skewers.

Step 5Grill 15-20 mins, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.
