- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 medium chopped onion.

- 1-1/2 teaspoon pepper.
- 1 tablespoon fresh ground oregano
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppe flakes.
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- 1 teaspoon ground paprika.
- 5 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Step 1Heat grill for medium-high indirect heat. In bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, garlic, onion, ginger, peppper, oregano, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, and paprika.. Add chicken, toss to coat. Cover, refigerate 1 hr. Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Grill chicken thighs about 15 min per side.
