1Place 1 slice of prosciutto and 1 slice of cheese on each flattened chicken breast. Fold in half. Secure with wooded tooth pick or small skewers.
2In a large frying pan , heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3-4 minutes on each side., until chicken is barly opaque throughout. Add wine and simmer 5 minutes. Remove to a serving platter, discard tooth picks, and garnish with parsley.
