2-3 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 bottle
teriyaki sauce..divided
1 Tbsp
freshly grated ginger
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds
1 Tbsp
canola oil
salt/pepper to taste
1 c
fresh pineapples (you can also use canned)

How to Make Grilled Teriyaki-Ginger Chicken w/Pineapples


  • 1Pierce the chicken breast, marinade at least 30 mins with half of the teriyaki sauce as well as grated ginger, salt and pepper
  • 2add in the canola oil...grill about 5 mins each side...(depending on the thickness....the thinner, the better). also grill the pineapples.
  • 3place the chicken in an oven dish..pour the other half of the teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds and grilled pineapples....keep warm in oven till ready to serve....serve over white rice....delicious
