Ingredients
- 2-3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce, divided
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- - salt/pepper, to taste
- 1 cup fresh pineapples (you can also use canned)
How To Make grilled teriyaki ginger chicken with pineapples

Step 1Pierce the chicken breast.

Step 2Marinate at least 30 mins with half of the teriyaki sauce as well as grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Step 3Add in the canola oil.

Step 4Grill chicken about 5 mins each side (depending on the thickness... the thinner, the better). Also grill the pineapples.

Step 5Place the chicken in an oven dish.

Step 6Pour the other half of the teriyaki sauce over the chicken.

Step 7Top with sesame seeds and grilled pineapples. Keep warm in oven until ready to serve. Serve over white rice. Delicious!
