Grilled Lemon Chicken
2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved, butterfly-style
1/3 colive oil
1/4 cfresh squeezed lemon juice
2 clovegarlic, minced
1 tspmontreal steak seasoning
1/2 tsplemmon pepper
1/2 tspkosher salt
1 Tbspitalian seasoning
How to Make Grilled Lemon Chicken
- Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts in half, butterfly-style, creating two thin pieces of chicken from each breast.
- Place chicken pieces in a zip lock bag and pour the marinate over. Close bag and massage chicken to insure marinate covers each piece. Refrigerate and massage chicken several times over a period of two or more hours.
- Place chicken on a pre-heated grill, cooking for about five minutes per side.
