- 2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup greek yogurt, full fat
- 2 - lemons
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 - garlic cloves, smashed

How To Make grilled greek chicken

Step 1making the marinade, zest the rind of the 2 lemons and the juice and combine with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2cut the chicken into cubes, mix well with the marinade and refrigerate a few hours or even over night, then skewer about 5 pieces on each stick and grill (inside or outside grill) flipping to get a nice char about 5 mins per side.
