Grilled chicken with Mango or Pineapple Salsa
3/4 cchopped, peeled, mango or pineapple
1/3 cminced purple or sweet onion
1/4 cfresh cilantro
3 Tbspfresh lime juice
1 tspor more seeded,chopped jalapeno pepper
1garlic clove, minced
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How to Make Grilled chicken with Mango or Pineapple Salsa
- For salsa, combine first 5 ingredients. Cover and regrigerate 1 hr.
Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper and sprinkle both sides of chicken.
Grill chicken, covered over med. heat 6-8 min. or meat thermometer reads 170 degrees or juices run clear. Spoon salsa over chicken to serve.
