This pizza is out of this world. I use the burrito shells but you can use a thicker dough if you like. Also, you can add or subtract any veggie to your taste. No matter what you add, within reason, I don't think it could hurt this pizza.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This pizza recipe is a great way to use leftover chicken and it's fab if you're cooking for only one or two. But, this could easily be doubled or tripled if cooking for a crowd. Ingredients

  • 1 medium
    boneless chicken breast (frozen or fresh) grilled and well chopped in food processor
  • 2 Tbsp
    ranch dressing with bacon (if desired)
  • 1/2 small
    onion (chopped small)
  • 1/2 small
    tomato (diced)
  • 1 scoop(s)
    Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 2 dash(es)
    Creole seasoning
  • 1 1/2 dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • 1 medium
    burrito shell or soft taco shell
  • *
    may add any other vegetable you like

How to Make Grilled Chicken Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. This recipe is for a single size pizza, if you want larger pizzas, add more of each.
  2. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Lay out shell or pizza dough on flat surface, put ranch dressing on shell as the sauce.
  3. Add chopped chicken, onion, tomato, salt and pepper, Creole seasoning, and cheese.
  4. Place in 450-degree oven for 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
