Blue Ribbon Recipe
This pizza recipe is a great way to use leftover chicken and it's fab if you're cooking for only one or two. But, this could easily be doubled or tripled if cooking for a crowd. I loved the flavor combination of bacon ranch, chicken, and cheese. Customize these pizzas based on your favorite toppings. It's a simple quick lunch or dinner.

1 mediumboneless chicken breast (frozen or fresh) grilled and well chopped in food processor

2 Tbspranch dressing with bacon (if desired)

1/2 smallonion (chopped small)

1/2 smalltomato (diced)

1 scoop(s)Mexican blend shredded cheese

2 dash(es)Creole seasoning

1 1/2 dash(es)salt and pepper

1 mediumburrito shell or soft taco shell
