This pizza is out of this world. I use the burrito shells but you can use a thicker dough if you like. Also, you can add or subtract any veggie to your taste. No matter what you add, within reason, I don't think it could hurt this pizza.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This pizza recipe is a great way to use leftover chicken and it's fab if you're cooking for only one or two. But, this could easily be doubled or tripled if cooking for a crowd. I loved the flavor combination of bacon ranch, chicken, and cheese. Customize these pizzas based on your favorite toppings. It's a simple quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium boneless chicken breast (frozen or fresh) grilled and well chopped in food processor
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing with bacon (if desired)
  • 1/2 small onion (chopped small)
  • 1/2 small tomato (diced)
  • 1 scoop Mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 2 dashes Creole seasoning
  • 1 1/2 dashes salt and pepper
  • 1 medium burrito shell or soft taco shell
  • * - may add any other vegetable you like

How To Make grilled chicken pizza

  • Step 1
    This recipe is for a single size pizza, if you want larger pizzas, add more of each.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven 450 degrees. Lay out shell or pizza dough on flat surface, put ranch dressing on shell as the sauce.
  • Step 3
    Add chopped chicken, onion, tomato, salt and pepper, Creole seasoning, and cheese.
  • Step 4
    Place in 450-degree oven for 5 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
