One of the concerns about grilling chicken breasts is keeping them moist. This recipe combines indoor cooking with grilling to do just that, even without the skin. Making this a very healthy, low cal, low fat chicken dish.
1Place the chicken in a large Dutch oven. Combine water and remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over chicken. Bring to a boil; cov er, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 30 minutes.
2Remove chicken from the liquid; discard liquid. Grill chicken over medium coals 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done.
