Ingredients

  • 4 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper
  • 1 package cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bottle greek vinaigrette dressing, lite
  • 1 package feta cheese
  • 1 package pasta of choice

How To Make greek chicken and pasta

  • Step 1
    Marinate Chicken Breasts in enough vinaigrette to cover, for 2-3 hours. Clean and Slice Bell Pepper Halve Cherry Tomatoes
  • Step 2
    Discard marinade. Assemble chicken breast in casserole dish. Cover with sliced bell pepper, drizzle a bit of olive oil if you like, then cover. Bake chicken breast in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • Step 3
    Dice chicken. In a heated skillet, toss in the peppers, chicken, tomatoes and vinaigrette to suit your taste. Cook pasta of your choice per directions. Toss together, top with Feta and enjoy!
