Greek Chicken and Pasta

4 medium
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 medium
orange bell pepper
1 pkg
cherry tomatoes
1 bottle
greek vinaigrette dressing, lite
1 pkg
feta cheese
1 pkg
pasta of choice


1Marinate Chicken Breasts in enough vinaigrette to cover, for 2-3 hours.

Clean and Slice Bell Pepper
Halve Cherry Tomatoes
2Discard marinade. Assemble chicken breast in casserole dish. Cover with sliced bell pepper, drizzle a bit of olive oil if you like, then cover. Bake chicken breast in a preheated 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until juices run clear.
3Dice chicken. In a heated skillet, toss in the peppers, chicken, tomatoes and vinaigrette to suit your taste.

Cook pasta of your choice per directions.

Toss together, top with Feta and enjoy!
