Greek chicken is one of my all time favorite meals. This one is very close to the Greek Chicken made in Greek restaurants throughout the world. It's a classic that everyone should know how to make. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4-6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice & zest (if you wish)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
How To Make greek chicken

Step 1Cut each chicken breast into half, or you can leave them whole if you wish.

Step 2Place the chicken into a rectangular oven dish.

Step 3In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice & zest, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano.

Step 4Pour the mixture over chicken.

Step 5Cover with aluminum foil.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour. Check chicken often to make sure it is done.

Step 7This is best served with rice and/or oven potatoes and some pieces of feta cheese on the side.
