How to Make Grandmother Loom's Chicken Dumplings
- Boil chicken.
- Reserve 1/2 gallon broth.
- Remove chicken from bone.
- Mix flour and oil with enough milk to make consistency to roll dough.
- Roll out very thin and cut into squares or pinch into pieces.
- Bring broth to boil and add butter.
- Drop dumplings in and cook until done.
- Add chicken (optional).
