This is my new favorite way to cook healthy, lean, low sodium chicken. Super simple, and super flavorful.

Ingredients

  • - **uncle gary's gourmet peppers
  • - **boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • - **mrs. dash original blend seasoning

How To Make gourmet pepper marinaded chicken

  • Step 1
    Marinade chicken in juice and peppers for at least 2-3 hrs.
  • Step 2
    Remove from juice and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Top with peppers from marinade and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash seasoning. Bake in 350° oven for approx. 30 min. or till chicken is done.
