I should call this payday soup. Just a day from payday and I needed to make dinner. I grabbed these ingredients from my pantry and freezer. My husband and kids loved it! I don't know if I'll wait 'til the day before payday to make it again, though!

Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 large can creamy tomato basil soup
- 1 small can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning blend
- 1 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
- dash salt
- - grated parmesan cheese, optional
- 1 box whole wheat gnocchi
How To Make gnocchi soup

Step 1Except for gnocchi, combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring just to a boil.

Step 2Add gnocchi and boil for two minutes, or cook as directed on package.

Step 3Top with parmesan as desired.
