Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, ground
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
How To Make ginger chicken

Step 1Coat chicken tenders with flour and fry in oil about three minutes per side. [Meat will still be pink in the middle.]

Step 2Mix apple juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Pour over chicken in skillet. Stir while cooking for a few minutes. [Until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and sauce thickens a little.

Step 3May be served right away or stored in refrigerator and warmed up later.
