How to Make Ginger Chicken
1Coat chicken tenders with flour and fry in oil about three minutes per side. [Meat will still be pink in the middle.]
2Mix apple juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Pour over chicken in skillet. Stir while cooking for a few minutes. [Until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and sauce thickens a little.
3May be served right away or stored in refrigerator and warmed up later.
