Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup coarse ground mustard
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 cups fresh soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 package powdered cheese from kraft mac and cheese (this is a secret ingredient)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 6-8 - bonless skinless chicken breasts

Step 1preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2Line a 13"X9" baking dish with heavy duty foil (this makes clean up awesome!

Step 3place a wire rack over the top of the pan

Step 4in a shallow dish mix mustard, apple juice, garlic and 2TBLS melted butter

Step 5in another shallow dish mix, bread crumbs (I used 3 slices of potato bread pulsed into crumbs with my minifood processor)pamesan cheese, kraft powdered cheese, salt, pepper, basil and 3 TBLS melted butter. Toss until well mixed.

Step 6Coat chicken with mustard mix then roll in the bread and cheese mixture until thoroughly coated.

Step 7place on rack and bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
