- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup italian parsley

Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F Dry chicken wings with paper towel and place in a large bowl

Step 2Toss wings in baking powder, salt, and pepper until well coated. Place in a single layer in an oven safe pan. Bake 45-50 minutes

Step 3Melt butter add garlic and parmesan cheese. Reserve 1 tablespoon of the cheese. after 30 minutes of baking pour the butter mixture over the chicken.

Step 4Remove from oven when internal Temps are at 165°F. Sprinkle with reserved cheese, and parsley. Serve immediately!
