Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 cans mandarin oranges (11oz)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 1/2 cups smashed cornflakes
How To Make garlic mandarin chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking tray with cooking spray.

Step 2Arrange chicken in pan and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder. Drain juice from one can of oranges into a bowl and mix with soy sauce. Brush mix onto both sides of the chicken. Pour mix into bottom of cooking dish (it will keep the chicken extra moist).

Step 3Crush cornflakes over chicken then spray lightly with cooking spray. Place orange slices around the chicken. Bake chicken 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees)
