Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders, boneless and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 cans mandarin oranges (11oz)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 1/2 cups smashed cornflakes

How To Make garlic mandarin chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking tray with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Arrange chicken in pan and sprinkle both sides with garlic powder. Drain juice from one can of oranges into a bowl and mix with soy sauce. Brush mix onto both sides of the chicken. Pour mix into bottom of cooking dish (it will keep the chicken extra moist).
  • Step 3
    Crush cornflakes over chicken then spray lightly with cooking spray. Place orange slices around the chicken. Bake chicken 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through (165 degrees)
