Ingredients

  • 2
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts (if thick, slice in half, lengthwise)
  • 4 tsp
    mrs. dash, table blend.
  • 4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    dry, white wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste.

How to Make Garlic Grilled Chicken Breast

Step-by-Step

  1. Marinate chicken in olive oil, white wine, and seasonings for at least 30 minutes or more.
  2. Grill over hot coals, or broil in oven for about 8 minutes per side. Salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Serve with your choice of side dishes.
