garlic/butter chicken tenders w/fresh salad
My husband and I love a really good salad so I came up with this one night just to be different. This is my way of having chicken salad. He thought all he was getting a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- - salt and pepper
How To Make garlic/butter chicken tenders w/fresh salad

Step 1In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat add butter, olive oil and garlic. Stir constantly until garlic is lightly browned, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 2Prepare chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Add to butter, olive oil and garlic. Cook 5 to 6 minutes until browned, turn and brown over side (about 3 minutes).

Step 3Place your favorite salad in the center of a serving plate and arrange chicken tenders around salad. Top with your favorite toppings.

Step 4This recipe is very flexible. Depending on the number of chicken tenders per person.
