1Cook chicken in broth with everything before the dressing except the broccoli. Cut into cubes and discard the broth or use elsewhere (They say disgard)
2Put broccoli in sauce pan with water and a tsp olive oil and bring to boil and turn off hear. Let sit 15 minutes, drain.
3In the meantime mix the dressing. Just combine it all together.
4Toss warm broccoli and chicken with the dressing and serve on a bed of lettuce.
5Note: I didn't have all the right herbs so I used these
1/2 tsp of each of these thyme, ameth, oregano, sage, cilantro, schwans/weber gormet bbq grill spice
1 tsp crushed garlic
1/4 tsp each celery seed and mustard seed
and I used grapeseed oil in place of olive oil (To strong a taste for me... and grapeseed oil is better for you)
