How To Make fireside focaccia sammie margarita
-
Step 1Split Focaccia loaves in half to make upper and lower sandwich portions. Brush inside of each half with French dressing.
-
Step 2Layer cheese, chicken, and tomato on bottom half of bread. Sprinkle with fine Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Top with basil leaves.
-
Step 3Place top bread on top and brush with olive oil. Preheat Panini press or heavy skillet. Grill sandwich in Panini press until toasty marks appear. If you don’t have a Panini press, grill in skillet on one side, then carefully flip over to grill other side.
