Ingredients

  • - 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts ( this amount of mix will cover up to 6 average sized chicken breasts)
  • - 1 envelope – (weber brand ) just add juice garlic & herb marinade mix
  • - ¼ cup olive oil
  • - ¼ cup lemon juice
  • - 4 to 6 tbs crumbled feta cheese ( i used garlic & herb flavored feta)
  • - 4 to 6 large slices of fresh ripe tomato

  • Step 1
    MIX – olive oil, lemon juice & seasoning in small bowl COAT – both sides of each chicken breast BROIL – chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side ADD – a large slice of tomato to each chicken breast SPRINKLE – about 1 TBS feta cheese crumbles on top each tomato slice Return to broiler for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
