festive hawaiian chicken
I had planned to do chicken kabobs but it was raining out and I could not use the grill. I came up with this easy way to bake instead of grill. It turned out great!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast strips
- 1/2 medium green pepper
- 1/2 medium red pepper
- 1/2 medium sweet onion
- 10 small fresh cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup juice from canned pineapple
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks
How To Make festive hawaiian chicken

Step 1Spray medium baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken strips on top.

Step 2Slice peppers and onion in medium strips and scatter on top of chicken. Add whole small tomatoes and pineapple chunks

Step 3Stir white vinegar into barbecue sauce. Add pineapple juice and mix well. Pour sauce mixture over all ingredients in dish. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

Step 4Cover and bake about 1/2 half hour or until vegetables are tender.
