- 3 - whole black peppercorns
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 1/4 teaspoons whole dried oregano
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar or lime juice
